Architectural Review

As each of us bought our property in the community, we agreed by our signatures to abide by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (a.k.a. CCRs or Deed Restrictions). The Deed Restrictions protect our property values by keeping the community a highly desirable place to live.

In accordance with the recorded CC&Rs of the association, it is required that any owner who is considering any exterior modification, change or update of this/her deeded property, submit an Architectural Review Application (ARA) to the  Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to initiating work on the planned improvements.

Homeowners can submit ARA requests and supporting documents, communicate with the ACC, and get status of application via TownSq. Homeowners are notified by final verdict letter with a minimum of three committee member votes.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) are three to five Plantation homeowner volunteers appointed by the HOA Board of Directors to review ARA requests for the community. If you would be interested in volunteering for this committee in the future, please contact Plantation's property management company, at ntxcustomercare@associa.us.

A copy of the HOA of Plantation Architectural Review Application and related documents are available below for your convenience.
